UMAGR is a Canada-based organization established by former customs officers who have extensive experience in international trade and customs operations. The company was founded to offer expert consultancy and operational support to businesses navigating complex customs and e-commerce challenges worldwide.

With a team of professionals who have decades of combined experience, UMAGR specializes in providing solutions tailored to the needs of over 40 companies globally, including Turkey. Leveraging insights gained from years of public service in customs, UMAGR bridges the gap between governmental regulations and private sector requirements.

The organization draws on the practical expertise of its founders, who contributed to major projects during their tenure in customs authorities, including:

• Leading the implementation of the New Computerized Transit System (NCTS) under the Common Transit Convention across 16 customs offices.

• Conducting hundreds of customs warehouse inspections, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.

• Managing various administrative investigations, addressing complex cases with precision and expertise.

• Undertaking significant work in maritime law, international arbitration, and intellectual property rights, delivering impactful solutions across diverse legal frameworks.

• Collaborating with international civil aviation delegations and ensuring compliance with customs and security protocols for airport infrastructure projects.

• Undertaking specialized assignments at international hubs such as Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to align local operations with global best practices.

 

UMAGR continues to invest in its operations and has made it its mission to manage all processes between global traders and end consumers. Currently, UMAGR operates between the United States, Canada, Turkey, and China, and plans to expand into the Mexican, Australian, and UK markets in the near future.
